Crustless Ham & Parmesan Quiche

Every time I make this quiche, it's great. You can substitute any ingredients you'd like for the ham and cheese, just keep the amounts the same. Also, I always go crustless because it's easier for me. I'm not so good at the crust, but my sister-in-law makes a great quiche, with great crust. We'll have to get her to share her recipe!Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. of light cream (you can use any combo of milk, heavy creamer, light creamer, just make sure it's 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. ham
1 c. Parmesan cheeseany herbs (thyme, dry mustard, nutmeg, parsley)
salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Beat eggs, cream and herbs together with a whisk. Add cheese and ham to mixture and transfer to pie plate, making sure that ingredients are evenly spread in the dish. **Note: you can buy already cubed ham from the store, or you can cut it yourself. Cook for 25-30 mins. or until a knife comes out clean when you insert it into the center of the quiche.
