Crock-Pot Turkey Breast

This is another quick and easy recipe, and the turkey comes out very tender. An in-bone turkey breast works best. Or, a small turkey that will fit in your crock-pot will also work just fine.
Ingredients
1 in-bone turkey breast or small turkey
1 c. water
1 T. chicken bullion (cubed or loose seasoning)
Put the water and bullion in the bottom of your crock-pot. Wash the turkey, and place it on top. Cook for 4 hrs. on high-heat or 8 hrs. on low-heat, depending on when you want to eat it. This is a great recipe to put in the crock-pot before you leave for work.
