Troubleshooting: Using No-Bake Noodles

Author: Amateur Cook // Category:
A time-saver for making pasta casseroles or lasagna or other noodle dishes that bake in the oven for a while, is to use no-bake noodles.

Sometimes, when using no-bake noodles, you may notice that the pasta doesn't get as soft as when you boil it before using. A simple fix (that took me many tries to get right) is to use more liquid.

Use about a cup more of sauce in your dish. And, if you check your dish about half-way through and think that the noodles are still too hard, you can add even more sauce or water as it continues to bake.
