Crock-Pot French Dip

This recipe is very simple, and pretty good. You cook the meat for about 7 hrs., and unlike other crock-pot meat recipes, the meat doesn't really fall apart. With about an hr. left, I'd suggest slicing the meat and then putting it back into the juices. It helps make sure the meat slices are good and juicy when they come out.

Ingredients:
4 lbs. rump roast
1 (10.5 oz.) can beef broth
1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed French onion soup
1 (12 oz.) can of light beer
6 French rolls
horseradish

Trim excess fat from the rump roast, and place in the crock-pot. Add the beef broth, onion soup and beer. Cook on low setting for 7 hrs. Slice and toast French rolls. Add meat, dip top of roll into the au jous sauce, and add some horseradish.
