I love tacos, and when I saw this recipe, I thought I'd try something a little different. They're good and relatively fast. You can also add other ingredients that you may like. For instance, I added shredded carrots in the picture below, but they're not necessary. Some sour cream would be good too, especially if you need a little more moisture in the taco.
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, skin off, boned and shredded
corn tortillas
1 small onion, diced small
1 small bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped
1 avocado, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lime, cut into wedges

Put the shredded chicken and other ingredients (minus the lime wedge) into a tortilla shell that you've already warmed. Squeeze lime wedge over filling, and enjoy!
