My Mom made a new cranberry relish recipe this year, and it was really good. If you don't like pineapple, feel free to leave it out, though I think it adds to the flavor and texture without an overpowering pineapple flavor.
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. bag of fresh cranberries.
1 orange, peeled
1 c. sugar or to taste if you like it tart
1 small can crushed pineapple

Put the first 3 ingredients into the food processor and blend lightly - chunky is better. Add the pineapple and chill for at least 24 hrs. before you serve.
